Shipping costs

Andrys.it products are shipped free of charge in Italy, France, Spain and Germany via courier.

Delivery times

ANDRYS undertakes to ship purchased products within 15 days from the conclusion of the contract for available products.
For orders subject to a quote request for large quantities, shipment will take place within 30 days.
Delivery times are expressed in working days, meaning days from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national and local holidays.

Delivery and responsibility

At the time of delivery, the Customer is required to verify that the number of packages matches what is indicated in the transport document and that the packaging is intact, including the sealing tapes.

If it is not possible to carry out this verification upon unloading, the Customer must indicate “subject to inspection” on the delivery note to be returned signed to the courier.
