ANDRYS is a Venetian artisan company, founded on solid values and rooted in the heart of the manufacturing district of the Marca Trevigiana, in Castello di Godego (TV).
In a territory where work culture, precision and quality represent a consolidated production tradition. It is precisely in this context that experience in steel processing is transformed into functional solutions for urban and private spaces.
The company designs and manufactures bike racks and urban furniture with a clear goal: to combine design, durability and technical innovation in products designed to last over time.
Each element takes shape in-house. From concept to production, up to the final finishing, every phase is managed with care and direct control.

OUR PROCESS

The quality of a product comes from the process that generates it. For this reason, ANDRYS manages in-house the main processing phases of steel and iron, ensuring direct control, execution precision and production continuity. Each element is the result of consolidated expertise, suitable machinery and technical know-how developed over the years. Artisan experience combines with a structured organization, capable of handling both standard production and custom requests.

CUTTING

Cutting represents the first fundamental phase of the production process. Through dedicated machinery and precise processing, steel or iron is shaped according to internally defined design specifications. This phase ensures dimensional accuracy and optimal material preparation for subsequent processing, reducing margins of error and guaranteeing consistency across components.

DRILLING

Drilling is carried out with precision to ensure perfect alignment and structural functionality. Each element is processed in compliance with required technical tolerances, ensuring ease of assembly and long-term durability. This phase is essential for the stability and safety of products intended for urban and public installations.

WELDING

The MIG and TIG welding department represents a core phase of the production process. ANDRYS carries out welding in-house using MIG and TIG techniques, selected based on product characteristics and structural requirements. This ensures precise joints, high mechanical performance and a refined finish also from an aesthetic perspective. The experience gained over the years, combined with direct process control, allows the creation of solid structures, resistant to stress and weather conditions, ideal for urban installations and long-term use.

SHIPPING

Each product is carefully prepared for shipping, ensuring protection, integrity and on-time delivery. The internal organization allows the management of both standard supplies and large-scale projects, ensuring reliability in timelines and constant customer support, from private clients to public administrations.

Each product is designed, manufactured and finished in-house, within the facility in Castello di Godego (TV), in the heart of the Venetian manufacturing district.
