Art. 1 \u2013 Identity of the seller<\/strong>
1.1 The products marketed through the website www.andrys.it (hereinafter the \u201cSite\u201d) are sold by Andrys S.r.l., with registered and operational office in Via dell\u2019Artigianato 28, 31030 Castello di Godego (TV), Italy, VAT\/Tax Code 04070950268, REA TV-320370, e-mail info@andrys.it, telephone +39 0423 755956.
1.2 These conditions constitute a contract between Andrys S.r.l. and the customer.<\/p>

<\/p>

Art. 2 \u2013 Definitions and scope of application<\/strong>
2.1 Consumer (B2C) means the natural person acting for purposes unrelated to professional activity.
2.2 Professional Customer (B2B) means any person acting within the scope of their business
or professional activity.
2.3 Clauses specifically referring to B2C or B2B customers prevail over general provisions.<\/p>

<\/p>

Art. 3 \u2013 Subject of the contract<\/strong>
3.1 These conditions govern the distance sale of physical products marketed through the Site.
3.2 The characteristics of the products are described in the relevant product sheets.
<\/p>

<\/p>

Art. 4 \u2013 Conclusion of the contract<\/strong>
4.1 The contract is considered concluded when the customer receives the order confirmation
sent via e-mail.
4.2 Andrys S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse orders in case of unavailability, incorrect data or suspected fraud.<\/p>

<\/p>

Art. 5 \u2013 Prices and payments<\/strong>
5.1 All prices are expressed in Euro (\u20ac) and are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
5.2 Shipping costs are included in the final price, unless otherwise expressly indicated.
5.3 Payment must be made according to the methods indicated at the time of the order.<\/p>

<\/p>

Art. 6 \u2013 Shipping and transfer of risk<\/strong>
6.1 For B2C customers, the risk of loss or damage is transferred at the time of actual delivery of the
goods.
6.2 For B2B customers, the risk is transferred upon delivery of the goods to the carrier.
6.3 It is recommended to always sign with reservation in case of visibly damaged packaging.<\/p>

<\/p>

Art. 7 \u2013 Right of withdrawal (B2C only)<\/strong>
7.1 The consumer customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of the goods.
7.2 Withdrawal may be communicated via e-mail through the following link<\/a>.
7.3 Return costs are borne by the consumer, unless otherwise indicated.<\/p>

<\/p>

Art. 8 \u2013 Warranty<\/strong>
8.1 B2C customers are entitled to the legal warranty of conformity of 24 months as provided by the Consumer Code.
8.2 For B2B customers, the provisions of articles 1490 and following of the Civil Code apply.<\/p>

<\/p>

Art. 9 \u2013 Limitation of liability<\/strong>
9.1 Andrys S.r.l. shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9.2 For B2B customers, total liability shall not exceed the amount of the order.<\/p>

<\/p>

Art. 10 \u2013 Force majeure<\/strong>
10.1 No liability shall be attributed for non-performance due to force majeure events.<\/p>

<\/p>

Art. 11 \u2013 Intellectual property<\/strong>
11.1 All contents of the Site are protected by copyright laws and remain the property of Andrys S.r.l.<\/p>

<\/p>

Art. 12 \u2013 Personal data protection<\/strong>
12.1 The processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with EU Regulation 2016\/679 (GDPR).
<\/p>

<\/p>

Art. 13 \u2013 Applicable law and jurisdiction<\/strong>
13.1 For B2C customers, jurisdiction lies with the court of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer.
13.2 For B2B customers, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the Court of Treviso.<\/p>

<\/p>

Art. 14 \u2013 Amendments to the conditions<\/strong>
14.1 Andrys S.r.l. reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time.<\/p>
